Please note that the amount of hotel rooms we can offer is limited and thus reserved for people who actively participate in the conference. Although this interface is publically available, we only offer you a hotel room if you were previously invited to request a room here. We ask for your understanding that we ignore or decline uninvited requests.

Please enter your personal data in the form below. First choose if you want a double or a single bed room. If you want a double bed room, please enter the data of the second occupant, too. We send you an email with your data immediately after you submit here. You will receive a confirmation for your hotel in a few days.

If you need or wish to stay for a longer period, please first fill in the form below. We will manage such requests later.
